HOW I PACKAGE YOUR ITEM(s):

I personally guarantee the proper packaging of my paintings, prints, and all other products I make available. I give them the care they require to arrive to you safely and with no damage, so you receive them in the perfect condition I've sent them in.

I package all original art, custom art, and art prints personally. My paintings and prints come unframed. This is to allow you to choose a frame of your choice, and it is also safer for shipping. I first wrap the piece in wax paper or acid-free cellophane wrap. Then I layer it 3 times around with bubble wrap. I then place your receipt, business cards, and a little thank you note on top securely. In the final step, I place a piece of corrugated cardboard on both sides of the piece for canvas boards. For stretched canvas, I place double cardboard on both sides. I allow 2 inches extra of border from the size of the piece, both length, and width. Approximately 4 inches thick altogether for canvas boards and prints, and approximately 6 inches thick for stretched canvas. I then tent the edges of all sides and tape them securely in place. I package my art in a way that can withstand a 20 ft drop, having items placed on top during shipping, and rough handling by drivers. I've worked as a Post Office Clerk, and seeing the ins and out's of the Postal service has made me extra cautious about safe packaging.

Everything I do is to protect the pieces I've put so much time and energy into, and so they arrive to you in a condition that you are happy with. This allows me to know I've done my part on my end so that if for some reason something was to happen to your artwork during shipping, it would have been something extreme done by the Postal service, so I'll be happy in refunding your purchase!

All paintings will be signed by me. Art Prints will be signed as well, and for Limited Edition Prints, they will be signed and numbered.

CUSTOM WORKS: Can take an average of 6 to 8 weeks to complete, though times may vary. Once I begin a custom order, I will keep you updated on its progress.

SHIPPING PRICES:

• Free shipping within Canada & the U.S. on all original artwork, commissioned artwork & art prints.

• Shipping prices for original artwork, commissions, and art prints to International destinations will be calculated upon checkout, and pricing will depend on weight and size.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES:

• CANADA- 3 - 4 Business days

• U.S.A.- 7 - 14 Business days

• INTERNATIONAL- 2 to 3 weeks.

These are just estimates. You will be given a more detailed delivery time estimate once you place your order. Note that delivery estimates can change due to delays within the postal system. Examples of issues that could change delivery estimates- Weather/Natural Disasters, Holidays, Issues with the Postal System, and Delays at Customs. The estimated shipping times also do not include the time I give myself to package and ship your order (approximately 1-5 business days for already created items). The shipping estimates are based on once your item(s) are shipped and in the hands of the Postal Service.
