COMMISSION A PET PORTRAIT

Pet Portraits are created personally for you from photos of your beloved pet. I work with you every step of the way, giving updates the whole way through. I do not consider the painting complete until you are happy with the final results. I can work with any pet you have, dog portraits, cat portraits, birds, reptiles, or any furry, feathery, or scaly baby you call family. I would be happy to be the artist you choose to work with on your Custom Pet Portrait Painting!

PET MEMORIAL PAINTINGS:

I specialize in Pet Memorial Paintings, meaning I understand the delicate nature of painting a beloved pet after the loss. I have been lucky enough to have amazing animals my entire life, they are family and bring so much love and joy into our lives. This also means I have experienced the tremendous loss of these special babies myself. This understanding helps me create each pet commission painting with love, empathy, and understanding.

How to Choose or Take a Photo?

HERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:

  • Up-close is best. Clear and detailed enough for me to create from.

  • Natural lighting is always best (Outside during daylight hours)

  • Taken from your pet’s level

THE PROCESS

  1. Get in Touch & Discuss Details:

This is where I introduce myself to my client, and we begin going over the details of the painting.

  2. Deposit is Paid & I Begin Painting:

Before painting, I ask for a non-refundable deposit (50% of the total painting cost. Once I receive this deposit, I begin. I involve my client every step of the way, showing progress photos as I go.

  3. Time Estimate & Finished Painting:

I work in the medium of Oil Paints, so they can take a bit longer to work with and dry. On average your custom portrait will take 6 weeks from the time my paintbrush hits the canvas, This includes drying times to ensure I can safely package and ship your painting. Once your painting is complete, and you are happy, I will have you send the final payment and your painting will be shipped within 3 days of your final payment.
