RETURNS & REFUNDS
TO RETURN & FOR REFUNDS:
If you are not satisfied with your order, send me a message. Once we have spoken and I have approved, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
In order to receive a full refund of your money, the return postage must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item(s) must be returned within this time frame, and in the same condition as it was when I shipped it. Once I have received the item(s) back, and verified they are in the same shape as when they originally left me, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. (Return postage will not be refunded).
NOTE: THIS EXCLUDES COMMISSIONED ART, AS I WILL SHOW YOU THE FINAL WORK, AND ONLY SEND IT TO YOU ONCE YOU ARE COMPLETELY HAPPY. (Read the damage section below on what to do if your Commission arrives damaged from the Post Office)
“WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?”
For any Originals Paintings, Art Prints, or Commissioned Paintings that you receive damage from the Postal System, follow the steps below:
Please take a photograph of the parcel as you have received it, along with photos of the item(s) itself. Email the photos with a description of the damage to - theartofchristinamarin@yahoo.com
FOR ORIGINAL ARTWORK & ART PRINTS:
I will then review your information, and for all originals and prints, if it is determined that there was a problem during shipping, you will be reimbursed or your item(s) will be replaced, no questions asked!
FOR COMMISSIONED ART:
In the case of Commissioned pieces that have been damaged by the Postal System, they will not be returnable, or refundable. These are personalized items and I cannot resell them. Instead, once you have contacted me with the same steps above, and I have verified that there was indeed an issue in shipping, I paint you a completely new piece!
